We believe in the use of developmentally appropriate practices as defined by the Pennsylvania Learning Standards for Early Childhood.
Our curriculum is selected to foster the love of learning and self-confidence in a nurturing and caring environment. We realize that all children develop at different rates and we implement our curriculum accordingly. The program uses a wide variety of process oriented activities to engage the natural interests of the child. The atmosphere is designed to encourage socialization and to build a sense of security and self-confidence away from home. Acquisition of cognitive skills is approached through a hands on, child centered, developmentally appropriate model. A copy of our curriculum is available in the main office.
